Applications are invited for the following post based in the 5* research-rated (RAE 2001) School of American and Canadian Studies, incorporating the Institute of Film and Television Studies.

Lecturer/Associate Professor in Film &/or Television Studies

The successful candidate will be a specialist in film and/or television studies.

Candidates must have successfully completed, or be close to completing, a PhD by the date of appointment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching and contributing to undergraduate and postgraduate modules, supervising undergraduate and postgraduate dissertations, examining and invigilating at examinations, undertaking original research, and contributing generally to the work of the School.
